How tracking works
Once payment is confirmed we prepare your order, film a quality-check video, and dispatch. You will receive a tracking code in about two days that follows the parcel all the way to your door. If anything looks off in transit, message us with the code and we will chase it with the courier on your behalf.
Which courier we use, and why it varies
We ship with DHL, UPS and FedEx, and we pick the carrier by destination rather than using one for everything. For most of Europe and the UK, DHL tends to clear customs fastest. For the US, UPS and FedEx are usually the most reliable. For Latin America, we choose the carrier with the best track record into your specific country, since clearance times vary a lot across the region. You do not have to think about any of this, we route the parcel the fastest way and send you the tracking.
Customs and import duties, explained plainly
For most destinations parcels arrive without any extra steps on your end. Import duties can apply depending on your country and the declared value of the order, and where they do, they are charged by your local customs, not by us. Thresholds differ widely: some countries let low-value parcels through with no duty, others apply a percentage above a set value. If you want to know what to expect for your country before you order, ask us on WhatsApp and we will give you a realistic estimate based on what customers in your region have seen.
Delivery times are estimates, not promises
The ranges in the table are typical and accurate for the large majority of orders, but international shipping always carries some variance. Customs inspections, public holidays, peak-season courier load and weather can all add a few days. We dispatch quickly, usually within about 48h of confirmed payment, and we stay reachable the whole way. If your parcel is moving slowly, one message and we will look into it rather than leaving you to chase the courier yourself.
Bulk and reseller shipping
Larger orders ship as consolidated parcels, which usually lowers the per-item shipping cost significantly. If you are buying ten or more pieces, for a group, a store or to resell, tell us your destination and rough quantity and we will work out the most economical way to send it. Three pairs of shoes already ship free, and bulk orders often include free or discounted shipping.
